As Head of Back Office, Penny oversees a range of essential functions \u2014 from energy procurement and contract support to data analysis and bill validation \u2014 ensuring that both internal systems and client-facing work are managed with efficiency and precision.<\/p><p>In her additional role as Company Secretary, she supports the board with governance and compliance, maintaining the company\u2019s legal and regulatory obligations.
